This jewel is one of the best locations that I've been to. The deli department and the bakery department are top-notch. The Just for U savings offers very good deals each week. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is easy to navigate and is very clean. They are doing a great job with social distance thing and keeping their store safe to shop at.

Big clean grocery store. Super friendly staff. I bumped it from four stars to five. I'm an old curmudgeon... I really dislike self-checkout (I'm trying to be polite in phrasing that!!). The couple Jewels that I go to at least give you the option to go to a cashier. And the cashier, tho busy, couldn't have been nicer. Again, maybe I'm an old curmudgeon but I'm a people person, and nice staff adds to a good shopping experience that equates to customer loyalty. I hope these stores figure that out!! Jewel, thank you. Oh- and I was 10 minutes after the deli closing but the lady still took care of me. Just sayin'. Nice.

I usually don't shop at Jewel. This store was clean. The shelves were completely stocked. I wad able to use the self check out and was able to do it very quickly. Happy with my visit.

The deli was BUSY today, lots of unhappy (impatient) guests. Felt so bad for the lady behind the counter she was definitely doing her best. Ordered honey wings and they were GOOD! Even though we had to wait a bit for them I appreciated the customer service today

I went to jewel store at 12803 s Harlem ave Palos Height, I like this store especially today a lot of sales, from meat, butter, produce and almost everything on sale either thru digital coupons or by one get one free, instead of paying my total of $ 236.72, I only paid $ 146.48. Some time they have their prices higher than other grocery counterpart but mostly for meat and seafood prices, this store has the best prices.

Clean and organized. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great selection of products. Great fresh meat counter, and also good selections at deli. Many staffed check-out counters. Small self check with available assistance.

From the time I got through the door 78 and they really helped me out a lot and I enjoyed the stores so range very nicely and I found most of everything that I was looking for and I did get to needed help that I need to check out I was very happy with that and you have some wonderful customers and you have some wonderful workers there you're beautiful and each and every one of them deserve the what they get from their company cuz they are on a good spot I'm up I am a black person and I never felt no prejudice or anything I was just it was just like they was all my family so thank you Jules for having wonderful people work for you and the food what's up pretty good too I didn't get nothing that was outdated or anything anybody want to go buy that jewel's hey have a lot going on for you so go over there and get you some homemade bread All right have a great night I'll check it out

Thank you Palos Heights Jewel for not only employing individuals with neurodiversity but also understanding and accommodating their needs. I was just shopping there and my bagger looked a bit anxious and needed to step away. The cashier took it all in stride and assisted in bagging. Another Jewel employee also stepped in quickly and bagged my groceries. There was absolutely no negativity displayed toward the bagger for needing to step away. The original bagger returned in a few minutes and appeared much less anxious. I cannot thank you enough for showing professionalism, integrity, and compassion. What a great example and standard you are setting!!
